January News

_MG_7132Exciting things happening at Dean Stead Photography training new photographers up. I had the pleasure last weekend training lewis up. I could see from him first using his camera that he was a natural and had got the eye to be a photographer. I am looking forward to seeing him grow. Look out for updates for more up coming news.

New update for October

Wow! What a busy weekend it was.  Things are getting busier and busier but its lots of fun and I thought it would be good to show some images from a couple of the shoots I did this weekend.  The first was a shoot for a band, Stop Drop Robot.  The guys really wanted some new images that they can use for promotion so I went along to a gig they were doing and got them a variety of images.

The second that I thought would be good to share are a little more unusual.  These photos are from a team meeting for my fiancee Stacey’s business.  She is an independent consultant for a company called PartyLite and on Sunday I went along to their team meeting to take some product photos, get some fun images to show what its like to work for the company and also to get a glimpse of how well she is doing!  Here are a few of the photos, hope you like them.

We have also been on the phone a lot taking new bookings for several different things, including another wedding which is in 2017.  Just goes to show that to get the photography you want at the prices that you want, you need to get booking well in advance!

Editing and new wedding booking

Hi Me and Kirsty Had the pleasure of photographing Nicola Cockaynes wedding. We have been doing some editing today to get the wedding done. Which I shall share some images on here of the lovely day once they are all done.

Charli XCX at Plug for exposed magazine

On Saturday night I had the pleasure of shooting Charli XCX at Plug for the exposed magazine. The evening went really well and I captured some great pictures as she looked great and is a very versatile performer. It really helped that me and all the other photographers got plenty of time in the pit too so thanks to the security staff for that. I have to say a well done to the lighting and sound guys at Plug too as the lighting was just right to enable me to get some nice shots and the music was phenomenal. Here are some of the images for you to take a look.

The Excitement of seeing my images printed

On Friday I went round to a customers house to have a look at some images they had printed off from the brother and sister shoot. I was so pleased to see them all dotted about in the house. And to see what quality I am providing. Here are the images they had printed off.
